This multifloral pollen is offered to you dehydrated in order to facilitate its conservation. During foraging, bees collect pollen from the stamens of flowers and the composition varies according to the flower foraged. Pollen grains can have different colors depending on their floral origin.

Pollen is very rich in protein, 100g is equivalent to 7 eggs or 400g of meat. It also provides good sources of carbohydrates, lipids, trace elements and vitamins. It is a fortifying food, it can be added to smoothies, cereals and yogurt at a rate of one teaspoon.
