Royal jelly, produced by worker bees to feed their queen and larvae, is a substance rich in water, proteins, sugars, lipids, minerals, and B vitamins. Its essential amino acids, which our bodies need, cannot be synthesized on their own, so our diet is crucial for obtaining them. In addition, it contains hormones and growth factors that can have beneficial effects on our health. Keep refrigerated at all times.
